Is Discovery Villas right for me?

What types of holiday accommodation can I advertise?
At Discovery Villas you can advertise any land based, "self contained", holiday accommodation.
So you can advertise - holiday villas, apartments, chalets, cottages, gites, log cabins, riads, condo's, and much more!
(By "Self contained" we mean that the rental unit must have it's own bathroom and kitchen.)
Do you charge a commission?
No - we just charge a single, yearly fee.
On average a whole year with Discovery Villas costs less than the cost of a single booking through a commision based site.
Do you provide free advertising?
Instead of offering a free trial we have flipped the idea on its head, and offer a free renewal if we fail to deliver any booking enquires to you in the first year.
This method has many significant benefits for all concerned.
Why is the free renewal method better than free advertising?
- It's fair.... for everyone.
One of the biggest draw backs of the free advertising model it that it has become widely abused. We feel that this is unfair on home owners who have paid for advertising and are, in effect, supporting the advertising of others. - It encourages quality.

Our free renewal policy provides peace of mind that we will be actively working to ensure your advert performs well. If for any reason we fail to deliver we will happily renew your advert for free for a whole year! - It's a logical business model.
This is the main reason why many websites offering a free trial fail within the first few years.
By adverting your holiday home for free they have no income to advertise your holiday home..... no advertising budget means that no one knows they (or you) exist.... no visitors means no bookings.... and so it goes.
