At Discovery Villas we know just how hard and frustrating it can be to fill any outstanding late availability bookings - especially if you've just received last minute cancellation.
So, to help ensure that you can fill your holiday home all year round we've introduced a quick, easy and effective way to market your holiday home and any late availability that you may have.
So how does it work?
It's simple...
- The holiday maker visits our site and uses our powerful search facility to find for holiday homes with late availability.
- Our search engine matches the holiday homes with the guests requirements and returns any suitable holiday homes.
- The holiday maker chooses a holiday home and contacts the home owner direct.
It really is that easy!
Each of the holiday homes that we feature in the late availability section are available for rent within the next 90 days and you can update your advert to include any special discounts for last minute bookings within the pricing information.
What does it cost?
Advertising last minute rentals costs just £10 for each 30 day period - a small price to pay to fill for those last minute bookings!
